7. Warranty Terms & Conditions
At CAMDEN BATTERY WAREHOUSE, we are committed to total customer satisfaction by providing quality products and quality service at all times.
CAMDEN BATTERY WAREHOUSE will honour all genuine warranty claims. Our batteries our covered by a free of charge replacement warranty. Warranty terms and conditions appear within your warranty certificate and on the top label of your battery.
Possible causes of battery failure that are not the result of faulty manufacture:
Incorrect or under-specified battery type fitted to car
Charge system problem (low or high voltage) creating an over-charge or under-charge situation. A low voltage cause the battery to sulphate whilst a high voltage will literally cook the internal components of the battery.
Repeated deep discharge (heavy accessory loads, car phones, lighting, boat accessories, etc)
Prolonged storage of the car or very minimal use. A battery will generally sulphate and will never recover its full state of charge.
Electrical faults (short, excessive loads)
Any battery modifications such as acid additives, lead terminal changes, or any other contaminates.
Damage to the battery caused by the consumer or other in-car fault.
8. ROADSIDE BATTERY ASSISTANCE
Roadside replacement may not be available if further than 10km from a CAMDEN BATTERY WAREHOUSE store. Cost of replacement battery and delivery will be quoted beforehand. CAMDEN BATTERY WAREHOUSE endeavours to supply and fit replacement batteries in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer requirements if a suitable battery is not available a temporary battery may be fitted.
FREE FITTING OFFER
Fitting service only available for car batteries purchased from CAMDEN BATTERY WAREHOUSE and during business hours in store only. For particular vehicles, battery fitting service is not available and/or fees may apply. CAMDEN BATTERY WAREHOUSE is not associated or affiliated with the companies whose products are advertised in this promotion. Any brand names, trademarks and copyrights in association with these companies are for identification purposes only and are the property of their respective owners. Fleet pricing, other discounts or special offers may not be used in conjunction with the pricing on offer in this promotion.
FREE BATTERY TESTING AND HEALTH CHECK OFFER
Free battery testing and health check available in store during business hours only. Battery testing and health checks are available for automotive and marine batteries only. For certain vehicles, battery testing and health check services are not available and/or fees may apply.
DISPOSAL OF CUSTOMER GOODS
CAMDEN BATTERY WAREHOUSE endeavours to make all reasonable efforts to contact the customer to collect their goods whether bought online or instore; on behalf of another customer; or after repairs are conducted. However, if after a period of 6 months the customer is uncontactable, this order or collection will be disposed of, or if still saleable, put back into stock.
8. TERMINATION AND VARIATION
CAMDEN BATTERY WAREHOUSE reserves the right to alter, restrict and / or terminate the website services to you in particular or to the public in general, without notice or reason, or to revise these terms and conditions, and / or the prices at which the services are offered, at any time.
